Listening to the Wisdom of Your Body

Somatic Life Coaching is a gentle, body-centered approach to personal growth and emotional awareness. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or external goals, we include the body in the conversation. Your posture, breath, sensations, and subtle reactions all carry valuable information. In our sessions, we slow down enough to notice what is happening beneath the surface and create space for clarity to emerge naturally.

What Is Somatic Work?

Many of our patterns — stress responses, emotional reactions, tension — are held physically. When we learn to listen to the body with curiosity instead of judgment, new possibilities begin to open.

Somatic coaching helps you:

  • Recognise and shift stress patterns

  • Increase emotional awareness

  • Feel more grounded and present

  • Navigate life transitions with steadiness

  • Build a deeper connection to yourself

This work is not about pushing for quick results. It is about sustainable change that feels authentic and integrated.

How Sessions Work

Each session is guided by what you bring in that day. We may explore:

  • Gentle awareness exercises

  • Breath and grounding practices

  • Reflective dialogue

  • Body-based inquiry

There is no pressure to perform or “get it right.” You are supported at your own pace.

Sessions are available:

  • In person

  • Online
